Custom iron and steel part enquiries include OEM lost-wax investment casting with CNC precision machining. Machinery and industrial parts are named applications. Define the actual material and component drawing before agreeing the cast and machined geometry for the requested part.

Iron, steel and grade requirements

Material references include 304, 316, 310, 1.4301 and carbon steel. Identify the actual grade and governing document for the component. State its operating conditions and the drawing revision used to define the required geometry. Agree the material and dimensional acceptance for that specific part.

CT casting and selected CNC work

CT4–CT6 is the casting-tolerance reference. Define the covered dimensions and manufacturing stage for its application. Identify the working details requiring CNC precision machining and their accepted dimensional and surface result. Bring the casting geometry and subsequent operations together on the component drawing.

Surface choices and checking requirements

Sand blasting and polishing are surface directions. Select the treatment for the actual metal and define the areas and accepted condition. The selected iron/steel component is subject to a 100% inspection requirement. Agree the required checks for its cast dimensions, CNC details and finished surfaces. Confirm the applicable ISO9001:2015 documents and scope with the accepted manufacturing and inspection requirements for the OEM request.
