OEM custom precision casting enquiries include aluminum, steel and iron, with aluminum-alloy requests and investment/lost-wax, sand and die-casting directions. Dimensions follow customer requirements. Define the actual grade, component drawing and selected route for the accepted manufacturing result.
In-house mold and project inputs
Mold making is performed in-house for the service. Samples, drawings or ideas can support the custom enquiry. Identify whether the request concerns the component, its mold or both, and define the geometry to be accepted. Bring the drawing revision and working conditions together with the selected casting direction.
Software and model requirements
Software references include PRO/E, Auto CAD, Solid Works, UG and CAM. Agree the actual file and model requirements for the project. Identify the dimensions and working details controlled by the drawing and the manufacturing scope represented by the model.
Surface and third-party testing scope
Painting, powder coating and oxidation are surface choices. Select the treatment for the actual material and define the areas and accepted condition. CE, TUV and SGS are certification or testing references, with third-party testing to customer requirements. Agree the actual document/object scope and test acceptance for the selected part.
