Custom OEM/ODM metal casting enquiries cover brass, copper, zinc, steel, aluminum, iron and stainless steel components. Lost-wax investment, sand, vacuum and die casting are route choices to select for the grade and part geometry. Machining is available if needed, with surface treatment and color defined for the component's required finished condition.

Select the metal and forming scope

Provide the actual grade and drawing dimensions before agreeing the casting route. Aluminum or aluminum-alloy requirements should identify the selected material specification, just as steel, iron and other metal enquiries need their own grade definition. The chosen route should be reviewed with the geometry and component requirements so the enquiry describes a compatible manufacturing scope.

Define treatment and customized color

Finish choices include electroplating, powder coating, paint spraying and sandblasting. Identify the relevant faces and the appearance or functional condition needed after the selected treatment. Include the requested color and dimensional acceptance alongside any required machining so the cast component can be assessed in the form needed for its intended assembly.

Connect inspection with the client specification

Component dimensions follow the required drawing and client specification. Quality control provides 100% inspection under an ISO9001 system, with the controlled characteristics and methods to be agreed for the part. ISO9001:2015 certification is stated, with relevant scope to be confirmed. Keep the grade, forming route, dimensional limits and surface criteria coordinated when defining the OEM/ODM casting and processing requirements.
