Austenitic stainless-steel precision lost-wax castings can be developed with CNC machining, OEM/ODM service and a custom color. The component definition brings the casting shape, finished geometry and selected surface treatment together. Start with the actual alloy and working conditions so that the manufacturing discussion follows a specific part.
Keep material and operation choices connected
Austenitic stainless steel is the primary casting identity. Zinc, aluminum, copper and steel material enquiries can be discussed against their own part requirements and manufacturing routes. Where punching, stamping, bending or riveting is relevant, define the required operation separately and explain how it relates to the component, rather than assuming every process belongs in one casting sequence.
Choose the finish for the selected metal
Surface choices include electroplating, powder coating, sand blasting and lacquer. Select the treatment that suits the actual alloy and finished component requirements, then agree the required color and surface acceptance. Identify areas whose final dimensions or mating relationships need to be considered alongside the chosen treatment and CNC work.
Build a consistent drawing definition
2D/3D, CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF and IGS drawing formats support the review. Use the controlling revision to define the cast shape, critical dimensions and details requiring CNC machining. Include the precision requirements that matter to the part's function, with each relevant feature tied to a clear finished acceptance criterion.
Make testing specific to the OEM part
Testing is part of the service scope, with the actual method and required results to agree for the selected component. Match that plan to the alloy, process sequence and final surface condition. This gives an OEM or ODM review a coherent basis for approving the custom austenitic stainless casting and any separately agreed operations.
