Specify a housing or machinery part by the alloy and finished condition it needs. This OEM/ODM die-casting and machining service includes ADC12/A380 aluminum choices and Zamak3/5 zinc choices, with dimensions customized for the component.

Keep the alloy choice tied to the housing

Choose the aluminum or zinc grade for the actual part rather than treating the material names as interchangeable. Connect that choice to the required geometry and dimensions, then agree the casting and machining scope. A magnesium enquiry needs its own grade and process agreement for the proposed component.

Select a finish for the chosen material

Sandblasting, powder coating, painting and anodizing are finish options to discuss for the service. Identify the intended surface condition and agree the applicable treatment for the chosen alloy. Painting can be specified as the requested finish, with any different surface areas defined for the same part.

Relate hardness and wear resistance to the duty

High hardness and wear resistance are performance directions for the custom machinery component. Describe the duty it needs to handle and establish the relevant acceptance criteria. The agreed part definition should connect those criteria with the material, dimensions and finished surfaces actually requested.

Set the custom manufacturing scope

OEM and ODM support allows the enquiry to address the required housing or machinery geometry. Identify which surfaces or features need machining and which finish is required for the delivered part. If IATF16949 is part of the order requirement, establish the applicable certificate scope alongside the manufacturing and acceptance agreement.
