Custom aluminum alloy car accessories and auto spare parts can be developed around the customer's drawing and design requirements. The OEM service offers die casting, CNC machining, sandblasting and customer-directed color and finish, with a minimum order of 100 pieces.

Connect the automotive drawing to the actual casting route

Identify the component, selected aluminum grade and finished shape for the automotive assembly. Discuss any vacuum-casting requirement and agree how it relates to the chosen die-casting and machining work. This gives the process request a defined place within the manufacture of the actual part.

Assign precision to the dimensions that control fit

The dimensional tolerance direction is ±0.01 mm. Identify the relevant finished dimensions and agree the operations and inspection method used to accept them. Distinguish the interfaces that control assembly from dimensions that describe the component's general form, keeping the acceptance requirements attached to the customer's drawing.

Describe sandblasting, color and final appearance

Sandblasting is available for the surface-treatment request, while color and finish follow customer requirements. Identify the surfaces to be treated and how the finished appearance should be accepted. Where a treated area also participates in assembly, define its final dimensional condition together with the appearance requirement.

Bring design requirements into the 100-piece order

Design service follows the client's requirements, allowing the component discussion to include the intended geometry and application context. Combine the selected grade, drawing revision, casting route, machining and treatment scope when defining the order. Agree the critical interfaces and acceptance criteria for the automotive part before the manufacturing request is finalized.
