Custom aluminum and zinc alloy component enquiries cover permanent-mold, gravity and die casting within an OEM/ODM foundry service. The manufacturing scope includes casting, deburring, drilling and threading, with dimensions and surface treatment customized for the part. Select the material and route around the required geometry and the condition needed in the final assembly.

Material and process choices for the component

Define the aluminum or zinc alloy grade before choosing the casting route. Other alloy or plastic enquiries require their own agreed material and forming scope. The component drawing should show the geometry and dimensional limits so the selected process can be discussed against the actual part, while any automation requirement is specified separately for the production work.

Holes, threads and the required surface state

Deburring, drilling and threading can be included in the component requirements. Identify the affected edges, holes and threads and state the acceptance limits that matter to assembly. Surface treatment is customized, so describe the desired finished condition and relevant faces when defining the part, keeping surface and dimensional requirements coordinated.

Automobile and aviation application enquiries

Automobile and aviation are application contexts for these casting enquiries, with the intended component and operating requirements to be defined. Include the application-specific acceptance requirements and any required documentation together with the OEM/ODM drawing package. A clear enquiry links grade, forming route, secondary operations and surface condition to the component's function, providing a basis for reviewing the manufacturing scope for the actual use.
