OEM/ODM custom casting inquiries include aluminum and stainless-steel 304/316 directions through silica-sol and lost-wax precision casting. Machining can be included if needed, with professional inspection and a minimum quantity of 100 pieces.

Assign 304, 316 or the aluminum requirement

Select the actual stainless grade or aluminum material needed for the component. Connect that choice to the geometry, mating interfaces and intended function before assigning the casting work. The material directions are separate selections for the part, rather than an implied equivalence between aluminum and the stainless grades.

0.01 mm or customized tolerance

The tolerance capability reference is 0.01 mm or a customized tolerance. Agree the dimensions and cast or machined condition that the selected requirement applies to, together with the measurement scope. Set out the tolerance expression and measurement criteria for those selected dimensions before agreeing the precision scope.

Machining and four treatment directions

Machining is available when required by the component and should be assigned to the relevant surfaces or dimensions. Surface-treatment directions include polishing, powder coating, shot blasting and electroplating. Select the method and areas for the actual material, then define the finished condition so the optional work and surface treatment support the chosen part.

Professional inspection and the 100-piece scope

Professional inspection is part of the custom-casting inquiry. Agree the checks against the selected material, dimensions and surface acceptance, alongside the operating conditions of the component. Discuss the 100-piece minimum against that defined OEM/ODM scope so the quantity is attached to a particular manufacturing requirement and finished-part acceptance.
