This mini semi-automatic machine integrates vacuum melting and casting for lost wax gold jewelry work. Metal capacity is 1kg gold, with 5000 W power and a 220 V, 50 Hz supply reference. Accurate temperature control, ease of operation and long service life are offered qualitative directions.
Graphite tools and gold charge
The graphite crucible has outer dimensions D59 x H108 mm, while the graphite rod is D12 x H131.5 mm. Match those separate references to the actual gold alloy, charge and process arrangement. Maximum temperature is 1200°C, with the working settings to be agreed for the selected jewelry casting operation.
Casting room and flask placement
The inner casting-room reference is 105 x 105 mm, and maximum flask size is 4 x 5 inches. Confirm the axes, fit and clearances in the actual casting arrangement. A separate 6 L capacity reference also needs its component and volume scope agreed before it is used to plan the setup.
