OEM/ODMOEM ODM CNC Milling Turning Machining Service
Custom precision industrial casting work includes aluminum alloy and zinc directions, with sand, investment and die-casting routes to select for the actual part. OEM/ODM service includes CNC milling and turning, customer-required size and customized colors.
Industrial duty and high-strength requirements
High strength is a qualitative characteristic whose meaning depends on the supplied material and component duty. Identify the actual industrial interfaces and functional requirements, then agree the strength characteristics, assessment method and criteria needed for the chosen part.
Drawing formats for casting and CNC allocation
Provide 2D PDF/CAD or 3D IGES/STEP drawings to define geometry and controlled dimensions. Select the casting route and identify where CNC milling or turning is required, with the relevant acceptance limits for those areas. The accepted drawing should connect each operation to the intended finished component.
Customized color and the final surface
Specify the required color and the areas to which it applies. Agree the actual surface method and finished condition with the selected material, including how that condition will be assessed for the industrial duty.
OEM/ODM agreement for the selected configuration
Use the material, route, dimensions, CNC work and colored finish to define the manufacturing scope. Agree inspection characteristics, methods and records together with the required quantity and responsible parties. This keeps finished-part acceptance tied to the particular industrial component and its strength requirements.
