High-precision stainless-steel investment-casting foundry enquiries support OEM component requests. Die casting with machining and surface treatment is an additional manufacturing direction. Select the actual material, component and route before agreeing the finished requirements.
Custom material, dimensions and standard
Materials, dimensions and tolerances are customized to customer requirements. The governing standard and color also follow the component request. Identify the actual grade and drawing geometry around the part's duty. Agree the dimensional and appearance criteria used to accept that component.
Selected operations and surface condition
Machining and surface treatment follow the chosen manufacturing scope. Painting, sandblasting and electroplating are surface directions. Select the treatment for the actual metal and define the covered areas. Identify any dimensional or surface checks needed after the selected operations.
- Define the component, grade and casting route.
- Agree the drawing dimensions and tolerances.
- Select the surface condition and requested color.
- Confirm the finished inspection criteria.
Drawing files and component inspection
Drawing-format references include 2D, 3D, IGS, DWG, STP and PDF. Identify the actual file type and revision used for the request. Quality control includes 100% inspection for the selected OEM casting. Agree the covered dimensions, surfaces and checks within that inspection scope, with the grade, drawing and intended duty for the actual component.
