This liquid photopolymer jewelry resin is UV-curable at 405nm for LCD/DLP printing and lost-wax casting. High precision and easy casting are part of its application scope. Color choices include green, yellow and dark green, with uses covering jewelry sets, bracelets/bangles, rings, earrings and necklaces.
Match the printer profile to the jewelry pattern
Select the actual 405nm LCD or DLP printer and applicable resin profile for the intended jewelry geometry. Agree exposure, post-processing and pattern acceptance through the relevant instructions and trial. Include the selected color and the details that must be accepted in the cured pattern before reviewing the casting cycle.
Keep curing and resin properties measurable
Curing depth is 0.1mm and strength at break is 25MPa. Agree the curing-depth measurement, resin-strength test conditions and accepted pattern condition for the selected process. The purity specification is 100%, with the material and assay basis to confirm for the actual resin being reviewed.
Confirm the temperature stage in the cycle
The beginning-of-casting temperature reference is 350°C. Confirm the exact process stage and applicable resin/casting-cycle instructions before adopting that condition in the working process. Review the cured jewelry pattern and accepted casting behavior together, with the relevant geometry and process conditions kept as part of the trial definition.
Use the material documentation for process review
Review the applicable MSDS and required handling and post-processing instructions for the selected resin. Connect that documentation to the actual printer/profile, color and jewelry design. Agree the property-test basis and pattern/casting acceptance before choosing the material for the intended lost-wax production cycle.
