ServiceDrawing Custom
Drawing-custom zinc-alloy door-lock panels are offered through die casting and precision CNC processing. Surface-treatment directions include wire drawing, sandblasting, electroplating and oil spraying. The panel design, selected material and requested surface can be reviewed together so the component is defined around the intended lock mechanism.
Visible panel and surface work
Identify the panel surfaces that need the requested finish and describe the required appearance. Wire drawing, sandblasting, electroplating and oil spraying provide several treatment directions to discuss. Agree the selected treatment with the alloy and panel geometry so the finish requirement has a defined place in the component specification.
Zinc panel or another alloy request
Zinc alloy is the primary door-lock panel direction, with broader aluminum choices including ADC12, A380 and A383, plus magnesium/zinc alloy. Select the actual material and grade for the component before settling the process. This keeps the material range useful while leaving the chosen alloy and its manufacturing route attached to a particular panel design.
Die-cast form and CNC processing
Die casting and CNC processing are the production stages, with CNC machining-center equipment available. Define the panel form and the areas requiring dimensional work, including the mating requirements for the lock. The drawing-custom service can then address the actual geometry without assuming a universal lock fit or a numerical machining tolerance.
GB5237.1-2008 in the acceptance brief
GB5237.1-2008 High Precision Grade is a tolerance reference whose applicability should be agreed for the selected material and part. Identify the applicable dimensional criteria and inspection acceptance for the panel. Connecting that reference to the actual alloy and drawing gives it a defined role in the inquiry without assuming complete-panel conformity from a standard name alone.
