Custom industrial enquiries include steel and stainless-steel directions through silica-sol investment casting. OEM work uses customized sizes and tolerances based on the customer's drawing. Machining is offered when needed, with polishing as the specified surface-treatment direction.

Set the material and casting dimensions

Select the actual grade required for the industrial component and identify its drawing geometry. Define the casting dimensions and the acceptance attached to them. Keep the material choice and dimensional criteria together when agreeing the proposed silica-sol investment-casting work.

Choose the optional machining scope

Determine whether the part needs machining after casting and specify the finished dimensions it must achieve. Connect that optional work to the actual component drawing rather than treating it as a mandatory operation for every casting. Agree the acceptance of the cast and further-work conditions as part of the same manufacturing brief.

Define the polished condition

Polishing is the offered finish direction. Describe the required condition on the actual material and component surfaces to be accepted. Keep the surface criteria with the dimensional requirements and any selected machining work so the enquiry addresses one consistent finished part.

Prepare the OEM project requirements

ISO9001:2015 is a certification reference whose applicable scope should be confirmed for the project. Provide the component drawing, actual grade, casting dimensions and optional machining requirements together. Add the polished-surface acceptance needed for the industrial part to define the proposed custom casting service.
