Drawing-based custom castings cover a steel material direction with ASTM/ASME/EN references. Aluminum and stainless-steel investment/lost-wax inquiries can also be defined for the selected component. The manufacturing scope combines casting, machining if needed and surface treatment to customer demand.

From a 3D part to the chosen steel requirement

Size follows the customer's 3D drawing. Available drawing inputs include 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP, allowing the inquiry to describe both the component's form and its required dimensions. Select the actual steel requirement alongside the interfaces that matter to the finished part, so the material and geometry address the same component.

Applicable families for the component

Specification references include ASTM, ANSI, JIS, DIN, EN and GB. Identify the particular requirement and its application to the chosen material and part. A steel-family reference should be connected to the relevant drawing and acceptance requirements; an aluminum or stainless alternative likewise needs its own defined material scope.

Industrial, medical and agricultural directions

The application directions cover industry, medical and agriculture. Describe the actual component function and the conditions it will encounter when selecting a material or surface. For a medical-use inquiry, define the required component acceptance explicitly alongside its geometry and intended role.

Requested surfaces and full casting inspection

Machining can be included where the selected casting needs further work. Specify the surface treatment for that material and identify the areas it affects. These drawing-based castings receive 100% inspection, with the relevant dimensional, material and surface acceptance agreed for the particular component.
