Custom stainless steel parts are offered through lost wax investment casting and CNC machining, with polishing and grinding as surface-treatment directions. OEM and ODM services use the customer's drawing to define component size. Professional inspection is available for the custom casting request.

Cast form and machined dimensions

Identify the stainless steel grade and the component geometry on the drawing supplied for review. Separate the cast form from the details requiring CNC machining, keeping the final dimensions attached to the relevant features. Describe the actual part function so the selected material and dimensional acceptance address the component being ordered.

Polishing and grinding areas

Specify which surfaces need polishing, grinding or both within the requested work. Agree the final surface condition and the dimensions that must be checked after those operations. Keep the finish boundaries clear on the component definition so appearance and fit are considered together when the stainless casting is approved.

Drawing-based inspection agreement

Professional inspection can be scoped around the chosen grade, casting geometry, CNC details and finished surfaces. Define the required inspection content and records against the drawing's acceptance requirements. Where polishing or grinding affects a feature important to fit, include its final condition in that acceptance discussion. Approve the drawing revision, material and secondary-work scope together for the OEM or ODM component, with the actual use kept explicit in the part request.
