Custom lost-wax metal castings cover stainless-steel and iron/steel directions with QT250 and QT200 material-designation references to define for the actual part. The work scope includes casting, heat treatment, machining if needed and surface treatment, with precision machining directed to the component's key dimensions.

Material designation and large-part geometry

Agree the actual material designation and acceptance for the selected casting. Large-part work covers a 120 cm size reference, with larger-part inquiries considered against the actual geometry. Identify overall dimensions, interfaces and the function of the part so its size and material requirements describe the same component.

Key dimensions and their inspection

Key-size capability can reach 0.01–0.02 mm, with the controlled dimensions and measurement basis to agree. Production inspection combines random QC during manufacture and 100% QC on key sizes. Identify those key dimensions and connect their required finished condition to the casting, heat-treatment and optional-machining stages for the actual part.

Paint, powder coating and requested color

Painting, powder coating or a customer-defined treatment can form the surface scope. Define the actual color reference using the requested drawing or sample requirements. Identify treated areas and agree dimensional and appearance acceptance after the chosen work, including its relationship to the key interfaces.

2D/3D inputs and the quantity reference

Drawing inputs include 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP. The minimum-order reference is 50–100 pieces. Include the actual material designation, overall size, controlled key dimensions and surface/color requirements with the selected quantity so the manufacturing and inspection request addresses a defined casting.
