Custom lost-wax castings are directed to pump/valve work in the petroleum industry. High strength, good stability and professional quality are qualitative directions for the selected component and material. Size and surface treatment follow customer requirements, with OEM/ODM work accepted and a minimum order of 100 pieces.
Material and petroleum-component geometry
Define the actual pump/valve component, required material grade and geometry for the petroleum task. Identify the mating interfaces and dimensions needed for its intended function. Connect the custom size and lost-wax casting scope to that actual part so the material and component requirements establish a specific manufacturing request.
Operating duty and strength/stability acceptance
Specify the medium, pressure/temperature and other operating conditions needed for the selected component. Relate the qualitative strength and stability directions to the actual grade, geometry and inspection criteria for that duty. Agree the dimensional and material acceptance with the required function, keeping the finished-part requirements tied to a defined petroleum pump/valve task.
Customer surface scope and OEM/ODM minimum
Identify the areas requiring customer-defined surface treatment and agree their finished condition and inspection. Include the actual geometry, material and component duty with the OEM/ODM work request. The minimum order is 100 pieces. Connect that quantity scope to the selected surface and dimensional acceptance so the custom casting inquiry describes the part and finished work needed for its actual use.
