Custom precision stainless steel lost wax investment casting services include heat treatment, machining when needed and surface treatment. Painting, powder coating and customer-requested finishing directions are offered. Select the stainless grade and component geometry together with the accepted material, dimensional and surface condition required by the part.

Heat treatment and optional machined work

Define the actual heat-treatment method and accepted properties for the selected grade. Identify the features requiring machining and agree the method used for that work. Keep the casting dimensions, treatment requirements and final machined condition connected to the same component definition so each operation serves its intended fit and function.

Painting, powder coating and key-size QC

Choose the finish and identify the areas requiring it on the stainless casting. Agree the accepted appearance and dimensional condition after finishing. Production QC includes random checks, while key sizes receive 100% QC. Mark those key dimensions and define their acceptance separately from the content of the random production checks.

Four drawing directions and minimum-order scope

Drawing directions are 2D PDF or CAD and 3D IGES or STEP. Confirm the revision that governs the selected material, geometry and secondary work. The minimum-order reference is 100, with its count unit and application to the actual component to establish. Agree the required material and dimensional records together with that order scope, keeping the drawing and key-size inspection plan consistent.
