Custom investment castings offer stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum material directions with CNC finishing. Stainless choices include duplex 2205, 316L, 316 and 304, while OEM/ODM service supports the definition of the particular precision component.
Four stainless grades and other metal choices
Duplex 2205, 316L, 316 and 304 provide distinct named choices within the stainless steel direction. Carbon steel and aluminum are separate alternatives for the custom casting enquiry. Select the exact grade and component geometry before defining the remaining requirements, keeping each metal choice connected to the part that will actually be manufactured.
CNC finishing and the 0.1 mm reference
The processing direction includes CNC finishing, with a 0.1 mm tolerance reference for the custom work. Identify the dimensions requiring that tolerance and agree the stage at which they will be measured. The parts also offer high strength as a qualitative characteristic; define the required strength criterion for the selected alloy and component rather than assuming a numerical rating.
Satin, mirror or zinc-plated surfaces
Surface choices include satin, mirror and zinc-plated finishes, with color customizable for the project. Include the desired color when comparing those finish choices. Choose the finish for the actual metal and identify the surfaces concerned in the OEM/ODM requirement. Combining that surface definition with the alloy, critical dimensions and required strength gives the custom precision casting enquiry a consistent finished-part objective.
