Service TypeOEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing / Prototyping
Define a marine pump or valve casting enquiry through the selected material, component geometry and required acceptance. This OEM and ODM service supports custom manufacturing and prototyping, including 304 stainless steel and 6061 aluminum material requests alongside a broader metal-casting service range.
Choose the alloy and actual casting route together
State whether the component requires 304 stainless steel, 6061 aluminum or another agreed material. The wider material range includes zinc, aluminum, magnesium and stainless steel, with investment-casting, high-pressure or precision die-casting and mold-work enquiries requiring a clear process definition. Agree the route for the particular grade and geometry before approving a manufacturing plan.
Connect the surface finish to the selected material
Size, material and surface finish can be customized. Surface choices include mill finish, anodizing and powder coating, with the appropriate route agreed for the selected metal. Identify the surfaces that need a particular finished condition, so appearance and functional acceptance belong to the same component definition.
Define tolerance and inspection at the relevant dimensions
The dimensional tolerance is ±0.05 mm, with custom tolerance available. Mark the dimensions that need this control and agree the acceptance requirements for the pump or valve component. Quality control includes 100% inspection and CMM, projector, caliper and salt spray test methods; define which checks and conditions are required without assuming a particular test result.
Prepare the prototype and production brief
Drawing formats include STP, STEP, IGS, PRT and X_T. Connect the required prototype or manufacturing scope to the same drawing revision, material choice and surface acceptance. If the project requires certification or compliance documentation, confirm its holder and applicability to the actual material and component during the enquiry.
