OEM and ODM custom casting and CNC requests cover die, sand, gravity and lost wax casting directions. Material references include ADC10, ADC12, A360, A380, A390, 5052, 6061, 6063, 2017 and 7075. Select the actual material and manufacturing route for the component, with dimensions developed around the customer's drawing.

Grade and casting-route allocation

Choose the grade required by the part and agree which casting or machining route applies to that material. Identify the component geometry and the features that need CNC work. Keep those selections together so a broad material menu does not become an assumption that every grade uses every process. Define the cast and machined dimensions that govern component acceptance.

Five surface-finishing directions

Powder coating, polishing, nickel treatment, anodizing and electrophoresis are offered surface directions. Select the required method and the areas it will cover for the actual component. Agree the final surface condition with the material, geometry and functional requirements of that design. Keep the finish scope explicit when identifying the checks needed after the selected work.

Inspection and small-quantity planning

These custom cast and CNC-work requests include 100% inspection. Agree its content and records against the selected material, component dimensions and surface condition. Small quantities are available, with the actual project quantity and production-capacity allocation to discuss for the chosen part and route. Approve those inspection and order requirements with the drawing before confirming the casting and CNC work.
