Choose an investment-casting enquiry for a custom part in alloy bronze, brass or copper. OEM/ODM customization follows customer size requirements and component drawings. Powder coating, black and customized colors provide the appearance directions for the finished part.

Specify the actual material and geometry

Bronze, brass and copper are separate material directions for the request. Identify the required material and grade alongside the component drawing so the proposed casting describes the intended part. Use the drawing to define its shape, dimensions and any particular acceptance requirements rather than relying on the general precision-casting name.

Coordinate powder coating with color

Powder coating is the offered surface treatment. Select black or the required custom color and agree the finished appearance expected for the component. Keep the color requirement with the actual material and geometry so the coating discussion concerns the same part as the casting inquiry.

Drawing input
Customer drawings and required size define the custom component.
Appearance input
Powder-coated finish in black or a customer-specified color.

Set the finished-part requirements

Define the dimensional acceptance and surface condition for the proposed investment casting. Include the intended use so any component-specific material or coating requirements can be considered. Bring the drawing, selected bronze/brass/copper grade, size and color together in the OEM/ODM discussion to establish the actual manufacturing request and the criteria for accepting the finished part.
