OEM/ODMOEM ODM Die Casting Service
Build a custom precision component enquiry around the chosen material, casting route and machining requirements. Alloy steel and stainless steel are casting directions, while drilling, milling and other machining services form part of the available work. Confirm the actual manufacturing route for the requested part before agreeing the scope.
Identify the component material
Material enquiries also include aluminum, brass, titanium and plastic. Define the actual material and whether the required item is a metal casting or a separately specified machining request. This keeps a broad material menu connected to the manufacturing arrangement that applies to the selected component.
Set dimensional and surface criteria
The tolerance reference is ±0.02mm, with a roughness reference of Ra0.2-Ra3.2. Agree the controlled dimensions, process stage and measurement basis for those values. Use the component drawing to distinguish the shape and dimensions required from casting from those that need a finished machining requirement.
Choose the treatment and marking request
Anodizing, polishing, plating and painting are surface directions. Select the treatment needed for the actual material and define the finished condition to be accepted. Custom logo requests are also offered; if marking is required, describe its location and appearance as part of the same component brief.
Define the OEM/ODM work
Bring the selected material, actual casting route, drawing and machining requirements together in the customization discussion. Add the dimensional, surface and marking acceptance to establish what the completed component must achieve. These inputs give the OEM/ODM inquiry a clear part-specific scope for the proposed casting, machining and finishing work.
