Custom aluminum work is offered through precision lost wax investment casting and welding services, with polishing and customized color. The aluminum grade and component design determine the scope to agree. Define how casting, any welded joint and the final appearance will contribute to the particular part being made.
Aluminum material and casting geometry
Identify the required aluminum grade and material condition together with the casting shape. Mark dimensions and surfaces that control acceptance of the component. Precision requirements can then be stated for the actual geometry, giving the lost wax casting request a defined material and dimensional basis.
Welding scope for the selected part
For a welding request, show the joint location and design and describe the duty the finished joint must meet. Agree the process and acceptance requirements for the selected aluminum material and condition. Keeping the joint scope explicit helps connect the welding service to the cast component being ordered.
Polish and requested color
Polishing is available, and color can be customized. Identify which areas need polishing and define the desired surface appearance or color reference. Agree how those appearance requirements will be accepted for the actual part, rather than assuming a particular coating method from a color request.
Preparing the custom aluminum order
The minimum order is 100 pieces. Confirm the required project quantity and a usable drawing format with the casting and welding scope. Specify the material and process documentation needed for acceptance, keeping the polished surfaces, requested color and joint requirements attached to the approved component design.
