Custom OEM and ODM pump-impeller enquiries use lost wax investment casting in stainless steel, carbon steel and iron material directions. GG20, GG25, GJL200 and GJL250 are additional grade references to select for the component. Define the actual material and impeller drawing before agreeing the process and finished acceptance.
Impeller grade, geometry and duty
Identify the selected grade and applicable document for the requested part rather than assuming equivalence among the grade labels. Provide the impeller geometry, interfaces and intended working conditions. The material and drawing requirements should establish the actual component scope. Agree its dimensional and service acceptance without assigning an unsupported hydraulic rating to the casting direction.
Selected machining and surface operations
The process direction is casting with machining if needed and surface treatment. Define any working details requiring subsequent machining and agree the accepted dimensions. Sandblasting, electrolysis, polishing and spraying are surface directions. Confirm the intended electrolytic process and select the actual finish, treated areas and surface criteria for the component material.
Inspection, marking and documents
Quality control states 100% inspection, with ISO9001, TS16949 and RoHS as certification or compliance references. Agree the applicable documents and inspection criteria for the selected part.
Custom marking and final definition
Custom logo marking is accepted; define the artwork and placement for the required component. Confirm the grade, drawing, duty, machining and surface or marking requirements together for the OEM or ODM pump-impeller enquiry.
