Custom precision aluminum-component work covers ADC12 and A380 directions, with OEM/ODM service, mold work, die casting and CNC machining. Quality control includes 100% inspection. The selected part can be defined through its material requirement, cast geometry and machined interfaces before the manufacturing scope is agreed.
ADC12, A380 and broader material requests
Aluminum is the primary component direction, with brass, zinc and steel among the broader material choices. Select the actual material and grade for the request, then agree the appropriate route. ADC12 and A380 provide two aluminum-alloy directions to connect with the geometry and acceptance required for the part.
Mold and die-cast geometry
Mold work and die casting are part of the manufacturing scope. Define the component's cast form and the areas that will be addressed by subsequent machining. This gives the mold/casting discussion a specific design and connects the process with the component geometry to be produced.
CNC dimensions for the custom component
CNC machining is the dimensional-work direction for the part. Identify the interfaces and dimensions requiring machining and specify their tolerance and delivered-condition acceptance. Keeping those requirements attached to the selected material and cast form gives the precision discussion a definite component basis.
Inspection within the OEM/ODM scope
The quality-control scope is 100% inspection, with the relevant material and dimensional checks to be agreed. Define the component's intended function, mating requirements and needed surface acceptance alongside those checks. The OEM/ODM request can then connect its material, mold, casting and CNC work to one agreed custom-part definition.
