Dimensional scope for the chosen route
The tolerance reference is 0.01–0.05mm. Agree the covered dimensions, manufacturing stage and measurement conditions for the component. Machining is available when needed for the part. Identify its selected operations and the finished requirements they address in the drawing.
Colors and selected surface treatments
Painting, powder coating, plating and polishing are surface choices. Select the treatment for the chosen metal and the required finished condition. Colors can be customized around the component request. Define the covered areas and the accepted appearance with any dimensional checks after finishing.
Drawing files and component inspection
Drawing-format references include 2D, 3D, CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF and IGS. Identify the actual file type and drawing revision used to define the part. Quality control includes 100% inspection for these OEM casting enquiries. Agree the dimensions, surfaces and checks covered by that inspection for the selected route.
