These customized metal alloy castings address automobile component enquiries through lost wax investment casting and CNC machining. The service also includes quenching and tempering, shot blasting and assembly. Select the actual alloy and finished component requirements as part of the automotive project, rather than treating a general alloy description as a material grade.

Translate the automobile drawing into controlled dimensions

Define the casting shape, machined datums and interfaces used by the automobile assembly. CNC machining is supported by more than 50 machining centers and more than 80 CNC machines. The drawing should distinguish casting geometry from dimensions accepted after machining, allowing the requested final condition to guide the component enquiry.

Agree thermal condition and downstream operations

Two mesh belt furnaces support the quenching and tempering provision. Specify the intended material condition along with the shot-blasted surfaces and any assembly requirements. ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF and AS provide standard families for the enquiry; identify the exact grade and applicable edition before a manufacturing condition is agreed.

Connect inspection coverage with automotive qualification

For the automotive alloy casting, both visual examination and gauge inspection have 100% coverage. MT, UT, RT and CMM provide additional inspection methods to select against the component's acceptance needs. Manufacturing qualification includes IATF16949 and ISO14001 certification; confirm the current scope required by the automotive project. Define the inspection criteria and required records alongside that qualification review, so the process enquiry remains tied to the particular component and its assembly duty.
