Custom lost wax metal casting supports an enquiry defined by the intended component and material. OEM and ODM jewelry options include brass, stainless steel, silver and alloy, with customized sizes, RAL and Pantone color references and chrome plating. Confirm the application before selecting the material and finished configuration.

Define the component and qualification scope

For a titanium medical-device enquiry, identify the intended component, titanium grade and manufacturing scope in the project requirements. Agree the device-specific qualification and acceptance basis before choosing the casting configuration. The component drawing, material specification and intended function should describe the same project throughout that review.

Coordinate jewelry dimensions and appearance

Jewelry enquiries can cover anniversaries, engagements, gifts, parties, weddings and daily or business wear. Choose the required size, base metal and RAL or Pantone reference alongside the chrome-plated finish. Approve the geometry and appearance for the selected design so that the custom dimensions and decoration remain tied to the actual jewelry piece.

Set the base-metal and plating composition limits

No-lead/no-nickel requirements should identify the chosen base metal and plating, applicable composition limits and supporting tests. Relate those requirements to the finished jewelry configuration and its intended contact conditions. A defined composition and finish acceptance is needed for the selected material combination, rather than assigning one requirement automatically to every alloy choice.

Specify any process-wax environmental requirement

A biodegradable-wax requirement should name the actual process wax and the test method and conditions that apply to it. Agree the required evidence for that wax separately from the finished metal casting. This keeps the environmental requirement, component material and project qualification within their respective scopes when reviewing the custom service.
