Custom-logo OEM/ODM requests include 304 stainless-steel investment castings with customized dimensions and surface treatment to customer demand. The 0.02mm tolerance reference needs an agreed controlled dimension, sign and manufacturing allocation before it becomes an acceptance requirement for the part.
304 investment work and other casting requests
Cast-iron, alloy-steel and die-casting requests form broader material and process directions. Select the actual supplied material and route for the component rather than applying every direction to one configuration. Investment casting, machining if needed and surface treatment can then be allocated to the accepted geometry and final-condition requirements.
Custom-logo placement and dimensional control
Logo customization needs the artwork, location and actual marking method agreed alongside the customer-demand surface. Define which dimension carries the 0.02mm reference and how its sign, process stage and measurement basis apply. This connects the requested logo and surface work with the same finished-part acceptance used for the component drawing.
Strict inspection of the customized part
Strict 100% inspection is a supported quality direction for the chosen component. Establish the characteristics, inspection methods and records covering its selected material, controlled dimensions, surface and logo condition. ISO9001 and TS16949 are quality-system references, while RoHS concerns the relevant conformity object and document basis. Identify the applicable current documents and responsible organization/site where required, then agree component duty, quantity and OEM/ODM manufacturing and inspection responsibilities with the accepted drawing.
