Drawing-custom metal casting services cover iron, brass, stainless steel, zinc and aluminum alloy enquiries with lost-wax investment casting scope. Material, color, dimensions, surface treatment, standards and tolerances follow the customer's requirements, making the approved drawing central to the finished-part definition.

Choose one alloy for the component requirements

The five material families provide choices for a custom casting enquiry. Specify the actual alloy grade and intended component duty, then agree the casting route for that material and geometry. This keeps the manufacturing proposal tied to the selected metal instead of treating all material families as interchangeable.

Put dimensions and tolerances on the same drawing

Size and tolerance are defined by the customer's drawing request. Mark the critical dimensions, mating relationships and any applicable standard on that drawing so that they can be reviewed together. Confirm which requirements describe the casting and which describe the final part before accepting the manufacturing proposal.

Make color and surface acceptance explicit

Color and surface treatment are also selected to customer demand. Identify the required appearance and surface areas, with a reference or acceptance description where needed. Agree the actual treatment for the chosen alloy, keeping any mating or controlled surfaces connected to the dimensional requirements.

Review the drawing-custom casting through inspection

The metal casting service includes 100% inspection and ISO9001 quality-management certification scope. Define the inspection characteristics, methods and acceptance against the approved drawing, and confirm the relevant certificate scope for the project. Include the intended environment and functional requirements in that review so the inspection target reflects the component's actual duty. Any particular machining operation or finishing method should be agreed within this selected manufacturing plan.
