Custom stainless steel lost-wax investment casting is offered for parts defined by the client's size and shape requirements. Sample orders are accepted, with a one-piece minimum. Broader material choices include aluminum alloy, brass, copper, titanium and iron, allowing the material discussion to be developed around the particular component being requested.

Stainless lost-wax part definition

Use the component drawing to identify the required geometry and stainless grade for the casting. The size and shape are customized, so the drawing should connect the overall form with the dimensions that matter to the assembly. This gives the lost-wax inquiry a defined component target while keeping its dimensional acceptance attached to the actual design.

Other routes within the custom work

Processing choices include CNC lathe work, stamping, hobbing and forging. Select the work needed for the component and identify how it relates to the casting request, rather than treating the choices as one fixed sequence. A clear route definition keeps the requested material, geometry and subsequent operations aligned during the manufacturing discussion.

Treatments and color selection

Heat treatment, polishing, plating, machining and anodizing are treatment choices to review for the selected material. Color options include black, silver, gold, blue, red, white and yellow. Agree the treatment and appearance together with the relevant component surfaces so that the finished condition is defined without assuming every material and color uses the same route.

Samples and precision acceptance

The tolerance reference is +/-1um. Review its application to the particular feature, process stage and measurement conditions before making it an acceptance criterion for the sample. Application directions include robotics, aerospace, automotive and industrial machinery, with component-specific requirements to be agreed for the selected use. The one-piece sample inquiry should therefore connect the drawing, chosen route and inspection acceptance for that actual part.
