Our ServiceCustom Mechanical Parts based on drawing
Heavy-duty industrial machinery spare parts can be discussed as custom grey-iron or ductile-iron castings. The actual iron grade follows customer requirements, with sand casting and shell-molding casting as blank-process directions. Use the mechanical-part drawing to select the material, route and finished requirements for the component.
Choose the iron and blank process
Grey iron and ductile iron are separate material choices for the enquiry. Agree the grade required by the intended machinery duty, then confirm the sand or shell-molding route for the part geometry. Durability is a qualitative performance direction, so define the actual component acceptance alongside the material decision.
Apply the sand-casting tolerance correctly
CT9-11 is the casting-tolerance reference for sand casting. Allocate the relevant drawing dimensions to that process and identify any finished dimensions that need machining. The sand-casting class should remain distinct from the acceptance agreed for shell molding or subsequent machining.
Select machining and surface work
Machining directions include CNC machining, lathing, milling, turning, boring and drilling. Select the operations required for the actual spare-part geometry and finished dimensions. Electrophoresis and finish painting are surface directions, with the required treatment and finished condition agreed to the customer's request.
Prepare the machinery-part scope
ISO 9001 is a certification reference whose applicable scope should be established for the project. Provide the part drawing, chosen iron grade, casting route and finished dimensional requirements. Include the intended duty and surface criteria so the proposed manufacturing work addresses the same component and its acceptance throughout the enquiry.
