Custom precision investment cast electronic accessories are offered in aluminum, iron and 304 stainless steel, with copper casting enquiries also available. OEM and ODM service includes a ±0.02 mm tolerance reference and ISO9001:2015 certification. The actual equipment component and selected alloy define the drawing and acceptance requirements for the project.

Select the material for the electronic component

Specify aluminum, iron, 304 stainless steel or the required copper material for the part. Provide the component geometry and identify its interface with the electronic equipment. Include the working duty and any relevant electrical or conformity requirements so the casting enquiry addresses the intended accessory without assuming a particular equipment fit or performance rating.

Define where the tolerance reference applies

The ±0.02 mm reference should be agreed for actual dimensions and a defined manufacturing stage. Mark the mating dimensions and the drawing revision used for the enquiry, then specify the measurement conditions and acceptance criteria. Investment casting is the manufacturing process; any additional machining requirement should be discussed separately as part of the proposed work.

Choose powder coating or painting with clear acceptance

Powder coating and painting are the available surface choices. Identify the surfaces to be treated and the required appearance or functional criteria for the selected alloy. Agree the inspection checks and quality records needed for those surfaces and the component dimensions. Keeping finish, material and tolerance requirements on the same approved drawing gives the OEM/ODM project a consistent definition of the finished electronic accessory.
