Custom polished stainless-steel lost-wax fittings/connector parts include CF8M, 316 and 304 material references, with machining if needed. The size selection is 15 mm (0.59 in), with the measured dimension to define for the actual part. A minimum order of 10 pieces and sample provision support the component inquiry.

Part type, grade and the 15 mm selection

Additional part-type directions include screw, rivet, stud, rod, sleeve, nut and hinge work. Identify the actual fitting, connector or other requested component and its geometry. Agree the chosen material designation and which dimension the 15 mm reference measures, linking the size selection to its actual mating interfaces.

Polishing and the selected finish

Polishing accompanies the lost-wax part direction, with black oxide, galvanizing, zinc plating or other requirements as additional finish choices. Select the treatment appropriate to the actual material and component. Identify the treated areas and agree the finished appearance and dimensional acceptance for those surfaces and interfaces.

Optional work and industrial duty

Machining is included where the selected geometry needs it. Define the actual component function and operating conditions within the industrial task. Connect the cast and any machined areas to the required interfaces and inspection criteria, keeping the material, geometry and surface work within one finished-part definition.

Samples and the 10-piece minimum

Samples are offered, with a minimum order of 10 pieces for the requested part. Agree the actual sample and component requirements around the chosen grade, measured size and finish. Their inspection and operating acceptance should address the selected fitting or connector geometry and its intended industrial use.
