Custom cast-iron service inquiries cover die/lost-wax and lost-foam directions, with the actual tooling or cast-part deliverable and route to agree. Axis CNC machining is a processing direction for the selected work. Size is customized, and surface treatment and color follow the customer's requirement.
Die or cast-part deliverable and the route
Identify the actual tooling or component required and its cast-iron grade and geometry. Establish which lost-wax or lost-foam route applies to that work. The selected deliverable, function and manufacturing route should describe the same request when agreeing cast dimensions, any machining and the finished acceptance needed for the part.
Five drawing inputs and Axis CNC scope
Drawing inputs are JPEG, PDF, CAD, IGS and STP. Connect the selected drawing to the important cast dimensions and interfaces to be machined. Define the actual axis-CNC scope and dimensional inspection criteria for those areas, keeping the drawing, material and finished geometry within the same cast-iron service requirement.
Custom surfaces, color and the minimum basis
Specify the requested surface treatment and color for the selected iron component and areas. The minimum-order reference is 50, with its counting unit to agree. Relate that order definition to the actual deliverable and manufacturing scope, then agree dimensional, surface/color and inspection acceptance for the selected geometry. These requirements provide a concrete basis for the customized cast-iron inquiry and its finished condition.
