Custom precision metal casting requests include aluminum, iron, steel, brass, zinc-alloy and zamac directions, with the cooper material designation to clarify. Investment, die, sand and gravity casting, optional machining and CNC work require actual component and process selection.
Supplied metal, drawing and casting route
Use 2D PDF/CAD or 3D IGES/STEP drawings to select the material specification and component geometry. Identify the actual casting route, CNC areas and controlled dimensions, with finished-part requirements tied to the intended interfaces and duty.
Punching, cold-runner and polymer-mold scope
Tooling directions include punching/cold-runner, ABS/PP plastic-mold, extrusion/round-preform and rubber/silicone injection-mold requests. Select the actual tooling object, material roles and manufacturing work before defining acceptance. Agree the geometry, interfaces and functional requirements of the intended tooling component.
Valve casting, magnesium and ambiguous designations
Broader casting directions include stainless-steel gravity/round-valve and magnesium gravity/die requests. Define the actual component and selected material/route for that work. Clarify the meaning of cooper, Carbon and Powder Product before assigning a material specification or manufacturing process to those designations.
Powder-coated, painted or anodized areas
Powder coating, painting and anodizing are surface-work choices. Select the treatment and relevant areas for the supplied material, then agree the required final condition and surface acceptance criteria for the actual component.
ISO9001/TS16949/RoHS documents and custom acceptance
ISO9001, TS16949 and RoHS are reference directions requiring applicable documents, object and organization/work scope. Agree inspection characteristics, methods and records for the chosen casting or tooling request. Complete the custom work agreement with quantity and manufacturing/acceptance responsibilities against the material, drawing, route, CNC work and finish.
