Choose a custom aluminum casting by the part it needs to become. Gravity casting and alloy die-casting enquiries are supported by drawing-defined size and shape, with sample orders accepted and a one-piece minimum order reference.
Match the forming route to the selected material
Aluminum alloy is the main casting direction, with stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium and iron also available for material enquiries. CNC lathe, stamping, hobbing and forging are additional process directions. Agree the actual material grade and manufacturing route for the geometry being requested.
Place precision acceptance on a defined feature
A ±1 µm tolerance reference needs to be connected to the relevant feature and process stage. Identify the dimension it applies to and establish the measurement method and acceptance required. Keep that finished-feature requirement within the component's drawing and agreed manufacturing scope.
Choose the processing and appearance requirements
Heat treatment, machining, polishing, plating and anodizing are operations or finish choices to discuss for the part. Specify which work is needed for the chosen material. Color directions include black, silver, gold, blue, red, white and yellow, with the actual color and finish agreed for the component.
Define the sample around its intended duty
Application enquiries include robotics, aerospace, automotive and industrial machinery. Describe the component duty and any qualification requirements for the actual use. A sample order can be defined through the selected material, geometry, processing and acceptance so it addresses the part needed for that application.
