Product NameAluminum Die Casting Services
Custom aluminum casting and machining can be discussed for outdoor LED-lighting components and other equipment parts. OEM/ODM service includes custom sizes, surface treatment and 100% inspection, with the alloy and casting route selected for the actual project.
6061 requests and alternative casting alloys
For a high-pressure 6061 aluminum request, agree the grade and suitable process route before settling the component design. Other material directions include aluminum A360, A380, A390, ADC12 and ADC10, plus zinc ZA3 and ZA5. Treat these as alternatives for selection, rather than different names for the same configured part.
Outdoor lighting starts with the completed design
An outdoor LED application needs a component brief that identifies its geometry, assembly interfaces and required surface condition. Define the environmental acceptance for the completed lighting assembly as well as the cast part. This keeps the casting inquiry connected to the project without assuming an ingress rating or complete luminaire approval.
Machining dimensions and surface treatment
Die casting, sand casting and machining are available process directions, with anodizing, nickel plating or zinc plating among the finishing choices. The tolerance value is 0.01mm; identify the dimensions to which it applies and agree their inspection method. Select the finish for the chosen alloy and the actual final condition of those areas.
Equipment-part requirements beyond lighting
Robot-part processing, communication equipment, automation machines and medical-device components are additional inquiry directions. Each needs its own drawing and acceptance requirements rather than relying on a broad application name. Where ISO9001:2015 documentation or sector-specific purchasing approval is required, confirm its applicable scope with the selected design and order.
