Custom aluminum-alloy requests include auto parts and mould or hardware accessories made through lost-wax casting with CNC work. Minor, drawing-based, sample-based and full customization are available as directions, with actual work and deliverables agreed for the component.
Define the aluminum component for its assembly
Select the actual aluminum grade and identify the auto-part or hardware geometry needed for the intended arrangement. Include the dimensions and mating interfaces that govern fit. This gives the lost-wax and CNC request a specific component purpose and an acceptance basis for the finished geometry.
Choose the customization direction and its scope
A drawing or sample can provide a starting point for the custom-part discussion. Identify whether the request concerns minor, drawing-based, sample-based or full customization, and agree which changes and deliverables are included. Keep that definition with the actual material and geometry so the requested work has a clear component scope.
- Part definition
- Identify the geometry and interfaces required for the actual use.
- Work definition
- Agree the casting, CNC and customization deliverables for that part.
Accept the cast and CNC-finished dimensions
Allocate the component geometry between the casting request and the dimensions requiring CNC work. Define the dimensional limits, finished surface condition and material or inspection acceptance needed for the project. These requirements connect the selected customization mode with the actual auto-part or hardware component and its intended assembly.
