Custom 304 and 316 stainless steel hardware parts support agricultural-machinery enquiries through investment and lost-wax casting. OEM/ODM service provides customer-defined dimensions and requested surface treatment. The chosen component geometry and finished condition establish the requirements for the selected machinery hardware part.
Define the hardware within the machinery assembly
Identify the actual component and the interfaces that connect it to the intended agricultural machinery. Select 304 or 316 with the material standard required for that part. Its dimensions should describe the geometry needed by the project rather than a generic hardware shape. This gives the custom casting enquiry a clear component to review.
Specify the requested surface condition
Surface treatment follows the customer's demand, so identify the relevant faces and the condition expected there. Relate those surfaces to the finished dimensional requirements for the hardware. The selected grade and geometry should remain consistent with the required treatment and acceptance. This connects the custom surface discussion to the actual machinery part.
Review coverage and qualification for the order
Agricultural-machinery cast components have 100% inspection coverage, with methods and criteria agreed for the ordered geometry and surfaces. Define the dimensional, finish and functional checks required for the selected hardware. ISO9001, TS16949 and RoHS qualification references can be reviewed for the current relevant object and scope. Combining those requirements with the component drawing and material selection gives the OEM/ODM enquiry a practical basis for evaluating the finished investment casting.
