ServiceCustomized OEM
Custom OEM work for complex metal and alloy components covers die, sand and investment-casting directions, including steel and zinc component inquiries. Processing includes casting, turning, milling and CNC-center work, with customized size. The actual material, geometry and selected route define the supplied component and its required finished condition.
Steel, zinc and the selected manufacturing route
Identify the actual alloy or material designation and the component geometry needed for the task. Agree the die, sand or investment-casting route for that particular request. Connect the cast dimensions and any machined interfaces to the intended function, establishing the material-route combination and dimensional requirements for the supplied part.
Broader materials and the base-material question
Other material directions include aluminum, copper, brass and plastic-related work, with the actual process selected for that material. Confirm the base material and any galvanizing requirement. Define the supplied component condition and the areas needing further treatment, relating those choices to the part's geometry and actual manufacturing scope.
CNC interfaces and four surface treatments
Define the turning, milling or CNC-center work needed for the chosen component. Surface directions are powder coating, electroplating, oxide treatment and anodizing. Select the material-appropriate treatment and its covered areas, agreeing the dimensional and visual acceptance required after the selected casting, machining and surface work.
Appliance, automotive, building or capital-equipment parts
These are the application directions for the custom component service. Identify the actual part and the interfaces required in its intended use. Relate those requirements to the selected material, route and treatment, defining the controlled dimensions and supplied-surface acceptance that the OEM component request needs to address.
