Custom aluminum casting requests cover electronic heat sinks, heat exchangers, power enclosures and charger components. Color choices and oxidation treatment are available alongside custom processing, with the actual aluminum grade and finished geometry selected for the intended assembly.

Thermal contact and enclosure fit need different definitions

For a heat-sink or heat-exchanger request, identify the surfaces involved in the intended heat-transfer arrangement. For a power enclosure or charger component, describe the interfaces that determine how the part fits the assembly. These are component-definition questions: the application name alone does not specify the geometry or acceptance required for the finished aluminum part.

Contact surfaces
Show the areas whose finished condition matters to the proposed thermal arrangement.
Assembly interfaces
Locate the connections and mating surfaces that establish the component's position.

Specify color and oxidation with the component

Describe the requested color and which surfaces should receive oxidation treatment. Keep the appearance requirement connected to the selected aluminum grade and any dimensions that matter after treatment. A visible enclosure face and a mating area may need different acceptance descriptions even when they belong to the same casting.

Turn nominal size into a usable drawing

The nominal size direction is 5 cm, with its applicable feature to be confirmed for the order. Identify that feature and supply the remaining dimensions rather than treating one size as a complete envelope. Define the dimensional limits and units for the actual part; if tooling is included in the request, agree the mold scope associated with the Class 101 designation.

Confirm the configuration and order basis

The minimum order quantity is 1000, with the order unit and selected configuration to be confirmed. A one-year warranty is offered. Bring the alloy choice, component drawing, treatment scope and acceptance requirements together when defining the order, so the requested thermal or enclosure component has a clear manufacturing description.
