304/316 stainless-steel silica-sol lost-wax investment casting is offered with CNC work and OEM/ODM service. Components have customized size and a 0.01–0.05 mm tolerance reference. Select the actual grade, dimensional acceptance and surface process for the part, with the 100% QC requirement connected to a defined inspection plan.

Apply the tolerance reference to the correct stage

Identify the dimensions governed by the 0.01–0.05 mm reference and confirm its sign convention. Distinguish cast requirements from acceptance after CNC work, with the relevant datums and measurement criteria on the drawing. Use the chosen 304 or 316 grade in the same part definition so the manufacturing review addresses the intended component.

Define the surface process for the stainless substrate

Surface choices include zinc plating, chrome plating and painting. For anodizing or the treatment described as Powder Plating, agree the actual process and its applicability to the selected substrate before choosing it. Mark the treated surfaces and connect their appearance and dimensional acceptance to the final component requirements.

Connect QC equipment to actual inspection characteristics

The 100% QC arrangement is supported by inspection equipment including CMM, 3D projector, hardness tester, magnifying glass and spectrum analyzer. Define the characteristics, methods and records required for the component. Equipment availability should be connected to the agreed test plan rather than assumed to mean every instrument performs every check on every part.

State the duty for OEM/ODM evaluation

Application contexts include industrial equipment, agricultural machinery, medical, automotive and toys. Specify the actual part function and any duty-specific conformity requirements for the project. Bring these requirements together with the selected grade, CNC drawing and surface acceptance for an OEM or ODM component review.
