This integrated jewelry investing/casting system brings together smelting and vacuum-suction directions with a vacuum pump and motor. Steel is the machine-material reference, and ease of operation is an intended characteristic. Actual configuration choices are 2L, 4L and 6L, with the working-volume object to be confirmed for the selected setup.
Select the jewelry process and electrical configuration
Define the actual jewelry materials and the smelting, casting and vacuum work required. Electrical references are 300W and 220V 50Hz, 220V 60Hz or 110V 60Hz. Agree the electrical configuration for the chosen 2L, 4L or 6L machine, keeping system power distinct from any separate component rating needed for the request.
Review the flask and equipment dimensions
The L×W×H dimensions are 580×458×290mm, also expressed as 22.83×18.03×11.42in. Flask references are 3.5×4inch, with a maximum of 4.5×7inch. Confirm the actual flask fit and the orientation of those measurements for the selected configuration. Use the equipment dimensions and working setup together when defining the space and component scope for the jewelry process.
Agree flow and inspection acceptance
The flow reference is 7.9m³/min; confirm the rated measurement and operating basis for the actual machine. A machinery test report and outgoing-inspection video are provided for the jewelry casting system. Agree their scope and the machine acceptance required for the chosen flask, electrical setup and jewelry process. Connect the flow and casting/vacuum requirements to the actual configuration, rather than assuming that all volume choices have identical working arrangements.
