This tilting vacuum pressure machine is offered for jewelry lost wax casting with a 2kg platinum metal capacity. IGBT technology and PLC control support the equipment configuration. Platinum, palladium, steel, gold, silver and copper are application directions, with the selected alloy and charge conditions to agree for the actual process.
Platinum capacity and gold melting reference
The platinum metal capacity is 2kg (PT). A separate melting-time reference is 2–4 minutes for a 2kg gold (Au) melting charge. Keep the platinum capacity and gold-specific timing distinct when agreeing the material, charge and acceptance conditions for the casting job.
Temperature, pressure and power
The maximum temperature is 2100°C, and the pressure adjustment range is 10–120 kPa. Confirm the pressure measurement basis and the process settings required by the selected alloy. Electrical requirements are 380V and 15kW (20.12hp), with the supplied configuration and installation requirements to agree before use.
Controls and equipment dimensions
One-key operation and ease of use are offered operating features. The core-component set includes PLC, engine, motor, pressure vessel and pump, with the actual operating procedures and supervision requirements to confirm. Equipment dimensions are 600 x 550 x 1080 mm (23.62 x 21.65 x 42.52 in), to be considered with the intended installation layout.
Inspection records and warranty scope
A machinery test report and outgoing-inspection video are offered for the machine. Agree the actual records and acceptance requirements for the equipment being ordered. The warranty period is two years, with coverage to confirm for the supplied configuration. Approve the alloy-specific capacity, operating requirements and installation scope together before using the machine for the intended jewelry casting process.
