This vacuum pressure casting machine combines lost wax jewelry casting with a granulator for gold, karat gold, silver and copper work. Its metal capacity is 2kg for gold. Electrical requirements are 380V and 10kW (13.41hp), with the alloy and intended charge defining the setup to review.

Relate gold capacity to the selected alloy

Confirm the gold-capacity basis and the usable charge for the particular alloy and crucible arrangement. For karat gold, silver or copper, agree the charge and accessory fit for that material. The maximum temperature is 1500°C, and pressure adjustment covers 100–300kPa; select the operating recipe for the intended jewelry batch within the machine's instructions.

Review the melting stage and PLC sequence

The melting-time range is 2–3 minutes, with the applicable alloy, charge and conditions to be confirmed for the task. Relia PLC control supports one-key process operation. Core components include a PLC, engine, motor, pressure vessel and pump. Review the sequence and the included granulator configuration so that the melting stage is distinguished from the complete casting and granulation workflow.

Coordinate protective gas, cooling and layout

Protective-gas choices are nitrogen or argon, and cooling can use a water chiller or tap water. Agree the required supply conditions and connections for the selected arrangement. Equipment dimensions are L950 × W900 × H1300mm (37.40 × 35.43 × 51.18in); review those dimensions with the electrical, gas and cooling connections when planning the work area.

Use the inspection material for acceptance

An outgoing-inspection video and a machinery test report are provided. Check their operating and test scope against the intended jewelry process, then agree the configuration acceptance needed for the alloy and accessories. Review installation and operating instructions alongside the report so that the selected utilities, PLC sequence and pressure/vacuum requirements describe the same machine setup.
