This vacuum lost wax casting and gold-melting combination has actual 110V and 220V selections and a general 1500W rating. The 1/2HP and 3CFM references need their component and operating scope confirmed. Nominal 1/2/3kg graphite-crucible designations require the actual quantity basis, alloy and installed configuration to be agreed.

Voltage and casting/melting ratings

Select the required 110V or 220V version and establish its complete electrical requirements. Confirm the separate casting and melting ratings, including the component described by 1/2HP and the operating conditions associated with 3CFM. Discuss the general 1500W reference within that selected-unit electrical and operating arrangement.

Crucible and investment workflow

Define the installed crucible and how the nominal graphite-crucible designations relate to the intended gold-melting charge and alloy. Match the actual casting and melting sequence to that configuration. Agree the supplied equipment and operating instructions for the investment workflow you intend to use.

Plate, bell jar and flask fit

The investment plate is 200×200mm, with bell-jar and casting-room diameter references of 195mm and 140mm. Confirm their heights and usable geometry for the intended arrangement. The maximum flask reference is 4×7 inches; establish which dimensions it describes and verify usable fit with the chosen investment pattern and flask.

Equipment arrangement and documents

Equipment dimensions are 63×54×52cm in length, width and height. Outgoing-inspection video and a machinery test report are provided, with a one-year warranty. Agree the actual document coverage, selected-unit operating instructions and warranty terms before settling the complete casting/melting setup.
