Custom precision lost wax investment cast spare parts are offered for industrial work through OEM and ODM services. Material directions include WCB, CF8, CF8M, carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. The tolerance reference is CT4–CT6, with professional inspection included in the service offer.
Select the spare-part material
Choose the actual grade and governing material specification for the component's duty. Keep WCB, CF8 and CF8M distinct in that selection rather than treating the names as interchangeable materials. Describe the geometry and operating function of the required spare part so the material request and casting acceptance refer to the same component.
CT range and drawing formats
Assign the applicable CT4–CT6 requirement to the dimensions on the part drawing. Drawing directions include 2D, 3D, CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF and IGS. Confirm the drawing revision and the dimensions that control fit or assembly before the custom casting is approved. Use those feature requirements to define the inspection content needed for the order.
Surface method and inspection records
Sandblasting and painting are offered surface directions for the casting. Confirm the actual coating method and finish acceptance for any power-coating request. Specify the treated areas and the final surface condition required by the spare-part application. Agree the professional inspection scope and records for the selected material, CT allocation and finish, keeping those acceptance requirements connected to the approved industrial component.
